P2135 means two throttle-position signals that should track one another are no longer correlating within the expected range.
Throttle-body sensor faults, wiring, reference-voltage problems, connector issues, or control-module faults may trigger reduced-power operation.

Can I keep driving with P2135?
Use caution. A high-severity fault can affect engine, transmission, electrical, or emissions-system operation. If the vehicle is running poorly, overheating, losing oil pressure, flashing the check-engine light, or entering reduced-power mode, avoid continued driving until the cause is diagnosed.
